There will be no refund. Except if I really cannot finish the commission for some reasons.
The process range will take days to a month, I will finish as soon and please do not rush me;; You can also give me deadlines on a certain date (eg. birthday or such) but not less than a week. It's okay to contact me anytime to ask for the progress.
Max 2 times revisions and I can only do a little correction for finished work.
I'll send .png file of the final work via gmail. I am not providing any raw file such as .psd.
I may put up the commission on my web page or my blog with a watermark and state the commissioners but if you don't want me to publish your commission piece anywhere, please inform me. Feel free to repost in any of your pages with proper credit.
